I’ve been in those rooms where everyone is asking, “What do you do for work?” People will say, “I’m in finance,” or “I’m an attorney” with their heads held high, but what about when it’s your turn to say, “I’m a hairstylist?” Are you proud? Are you holding your head high?
My goal in mentoring stylists and salon owners is make you feel proud to say you’re a stylist. I want you to be the most successful person in your town. I want you to master all the parts of your business and career that make you feel uncertain or stressed out.
I never claim to be the smartest person in the room, but I do have nearly two decades of experience working in this industry. I’ve worked with small town folks and I’ve worked with some of the top names in the music industry. I also own two salons of my own while raising a son and being a wife. Whatever you’re going through as a stylist or a salon owner, I get it. And I want to help.

8 hour day with Amanda
One-on-one mentoring with Amanda
One 30-minute check-in call one month after the mentoring day
Tier 2 Mentorship includes:
8 hour day with Amanda + 1 LEC Stylist
One-on-one mentoring with Amanda while LEC stylist teaches a hands-on class to salon
Motivational Talk with salon team
One 30-minute check-in call one month after the mentoring day
Tier 3 Mentorship includes:
8 hour day with Amanda + 2 LEC Stylists
One-on-one mentoring with Amanda while LEC stylists teach a hands-on class to salon
Motivational Talk with salon team
Quarterly 45-minute check-in calls for 1 year after mentoring day (4 total)
